[IMC-Boston-Editorial] proposed features

     Hey folks.
 
     Since we generally don't feature stories that are also published elsewhere I don't know if these are articles that we should feature on the site. Also, the first article is not a "news" article but more an announcement of a recent resolution made by the city.
 
     Ths second article is more like the type of article we feature, but again, it is assumedly published elsewhere by the Workers World and hence isn't something we would necessarily center. If we do feature either of these, I vote for the second.
