Dear Assistant U.S. Attorney,

I know that it is not right and fair to write this letter to you .but I have no other choice. I am knocking each and every door to help my uncle case.

Last week I got a letter and some documents (which send by his Attorney Salim) from my uncle that shocked me and I feel the pain that my uncle is suffering in detention centre.

 I KNOW HIM BETTER THAN ANYBODY ELSE. He is my paternal uncle and I know him since I was born. Also I lived with him during the year 1992 to 2002 in New York at 32-44, 30 sty # C5 L.I.C USA. I moved to CANADA ON 2003. He also was my co-worker at NIRVANA restaurant, 30 Central Park South New York Ph: 212-486-5700 from 1998- 2002. He worked as a cook and I was a BARTENDER. He is an honest, hard working and a dedicated person. In his life he never compromised with any lie or dishonesty. He shows me the path of truth and right. FOR HIS Inspiration I finished my Bachelor Degree from York college City University of New York in Management Information System. 

But Why I.C.E denied my uncle custody review and gave an unfair and false reason he is to be a Flight risk???

Why BIA didn't send their motion to re-open decision on Nov-2004 and final order of Warrant of Removal/Deportation dated on Feb 25, 2005?

Can I.C.E DETAINED AND DEPORTED A PERSON WHILE HIS CASE IN PENDING IN 2ND CIRCUIT COURT? 

Dear U.S. Attorney, would you be kind enough to do anything to help my uncle case?

Dear Honorable President,

We want Justice from you.

I am nephew of Bulbul Chowdhury who was living at 32-44, 30 streets, # C5 L.I.C.New York 11106-2974. Last March 22, 2005 Immigration took Bulbul Chowdhury from his Home to Elizabeth Detention Centre for Deportation. More than 8 Months He is now at Elizabeth Detention Center 625 Evans Street Elizabeth NJ 07201-2008   (NO # E-19) Bulbul Chowdhury A# 70-701-028.

Still we don't know why he is in Detained.  My uncle asked the Deportation officer why he was arrested while his case is in Federal2ND Circuit Court and also in BIA. The INS OFFICER ALAMO told him   ; on May 2004 his lawyer withdrew his case from 2ND Circuit Court but my uncle attorney Salim denied that. On September, 2005 my uncle received a copy of a letter from Michael Adragna Deputy Clerk of UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS, SECOND CIRCUIT 40 Foley Square New York, NY 10007 it clear to us that my uncle case is still pending (copy enclosed).Also BIA didn't send final deportation order letter  to my uncle nor his Attorney .

On October 11, 2005 I.C.E give their decision about my uncle custody Review.

They can't release my uncle because he is to be a Flight risk. (Copy enclosed)

Dear President, we want you help about this matter. Why I.C.E denied my uncle custody review and gave an unfair and false reason he is to be a Flight risk???

Maybe they are angry and mad because I was written to the US President, US Senators and news Media about my uncle unfairly arrested and detained?

Why they label him as a Flight risk? They have the power what ever they want to do they can do???

Even though UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS, SECOND CIRCUIT 40 Foley Square New York, NY 10007 Granted my Uncle  stay of Removal  on September and his Case is still pending Chowdhury VS INS DOCKET # 02-4798 Nov 26-2002 A # 70701028    why I.C.E  TREID TO SEND HIM Bangladesh on September 29th 2005,by Malaysia Airlines (letter of copy enclosed my Peter G. O'Malley Assistant U.S. Attorney U.S Department of Justice District of New Jersey ) ??????

Why they ignored the Court Order and tried to send my Uncle to Bangladesh?

Maybe they are very angry with my Uncle for some reason and they tried and they will be do anything to send my uncle back .it's true we got the prove. Why they Label my uncle that he is a flight risk????

People who know him everyone most of them US Citizens and his past Union President Bill Grandfield President Local 100 wrote requested

For his Custody Released .they know him very closely .he is a loving family, Honest, Hardworking who came to USA from Bangladesh to pursue American dream. Worked hard to provide happiness for his family. He don't have any criminal record (statement by Detention Officer RAFAEL ALAMO), Never involved any bad activities. Here he is unfairly detained   by I.C.E AND also they have been deemed him to be a Flight risk.

WHY??

My uncle is 55 years old and his wife and 3 children is fully financially dependant on him. Me ,my friend and my uncle's  roommate collected some money to pay his lawyer and we sent some money to Bangladesh  for my uncle's family .I am now in Canada and I don't know how I can help my uncle from here. 

Now I am worried about him. My uncle is not a criminal .I does not know how long Immigration takes to make a decision about his case? 

 America is the Human right Country .we asking your help to give fair Investigation about my uncle case and give him Justice.

Dear Honorable Sir, you are my last hope to help my Uncle. Would you be kind enough TO do something to help my Uncle for humanity reason?  

Please forgive me to brother you and thanks for your time and help.
