I share your concern, there does seem to be a creaping (sometimes running)
trend toward censorship usually through an invocation of some "ism" on our
banned list.  The problem I see with that is that one can't have meaningful
discussion aimed at changing attitudes if the barest hint of that attitude
is summarily deleted, though I think there is a line that should not be
crossed.

In the instance cited (I didn't have time to research his invovement else
where), my main objection is the number of posts with no additional content.
This drags down the readability of the page and generally kills the
discussion.
