[IMC-Boston-Editorial] Razor wire

Hey Jamie, do you mind if I edit for length?  Shorter
often attracts more attention, easier for people to
read.  Then I can make the text bigger too.  I can
leave your option up too so we can switch back and
forth if need be.

What do people think about the Katrina one, are we
done?
