[IMC-Boston-Editorial] spammer?

[Svea Eppler]

     Was wondering, does this News Junkee Scott's Blog
count as spam? He posts frequently and his posts are
full of hyperlinks but not much content. Also, his
most recent post
(http://boston.indymedia.org/newswire/display/42899/index.php)
implies that he is being considered spam by other
IMC's. He described Colorado IMC as "Stalinist" and
also implies that DC Indymedia has issues too. Is this
spam, or not?
