[IMC-Boston-Editorial] idea for Dispatch list

I am concerned by this email and this reptitive line
of argument. 

This being consensus, and not majority rule, I think
my concerns should be heard and not ignored.  

I would remind folks that consensus means we all agree
and the general meeting has consensed on the idea that
things that cannot be resolved on the email listserv
must be decided in the meeting.  

THis does not mean that you must travel to the
meeting.  I will not ignore other peoples concerns at
the meeting.
