Occasionally people will put articles in the newswire
that are from mainstream sources and just put in the
authors name.  

This is most likely one of those unless someone knows
the author put it there.   

Generally you can tell when an author posts his/her
own stuff when they include contact information like
an email, or like in the case of Yawu M. recently, it
is posted before press time at their own paper (but
that probably wont happen much)

If we don't have permissions we should really make an
effort to move these into other press, and by all
means, do not center them.  We could get into trouble
because they are copyrighted, and plus it just looks
bad.
