I'm rather surprised they noticed (or care)...

Has any one responded to the .mil folks?

I can do so if no one else has.  Somthing along the lines of open
publishing (ie no account required) and CMS not having filtering
capability based on claimed email address means we can only address
these posting reactivey which we will continue to do on a best effort
basis as we're an all volunteer organization...wrapped in thin coating
of prose so it's coherent.
