I went through all his postings and removed the
public_affairs at misc.pentagon.mil addresses, I didn't change publishing
status on any of them  so the content is still there unless it had
been hidden for another reason.

This allows us to respect the email owners wish not to be wrongly
associated with the posting without having the pentagon influence
editorial policy.

If there's any objection I can set it back as it was but for now it's
done.  Didn't look at the content, hopefuly time for that later :)
