google doesn't show anything, so probably not online.  As it's

that's my reason for not just cenering it first, I think reguardless
of when it was written it's new enough and does include a current
preamble, and being posted yesterday seems particularly timely to
publish even if written several months ago.

I'd like to hear one more aye, befor centering though.
