Catagories seem to be a hot topic, I'd be for online, but I expect
others would rather do this one in person.

For my part I'm in favor of a war/militerism type catagory, that one
seems to keep coming up.  In the interest of containing the numbe rof
catagories we should probably look and see if we can collapes any of
the existing ones.
