[IMC-Boston-Editorial] new volunteers policy: going into the BIMC manual

  Just FYI that since I haven't heard any complaints or worries about the  new volunteers policy I sent a few days ago, I'm going to go ahead and  add it to our New Volunteers Manual.  See the policy at:

  Should we just vote on this online? What do people think? I'm hearing way too much echo about this lately...
  
  Also, Mike kindly read the manual and offered many great suggestions. If you have the time, I encourage you do the same. 
  
  I'm also working on setting up a page for us at idealist.org, so we can  recruit new volunteers. Thanks Jamie for sending me the info I needed.
