  Would you guys mind reviewing the "job postings" below for Idealist.org  so that we can start recruiting people via that way? Any edits,  comments, suggestions are welcomed.

Jon, we could use the same venue to post a request for someone who knows drupal and could re-design our site. Would you be willing to write a job description for this?

  Freelance Journalists (Print, Radio, Video)
  
  We are looking for journalists or community members who are interested  in becoming journalists.  We are particularly interested in people  who want to challenge corporate media or feel mainstream media  misrepresent their community.  
  
  We need people who want to learn about becoming a journalist and/or  gain experience to improve their portfolio. Topics are open but we're  particularly looking for people who are interested in covering  protests, community events, politics, human rights, community  rebuilding, and examples that foster social change.  
  
  We are a consensus-run all-volunteer organization, and we're looking  for people who can work independently. You don't need to become a  member of Indymedia to write and post on our website.
