[IMC-Boston-Editorial] two new features

Sorry to just post this now. I centered a couple of features yesterday. I wasn't so sure about the one for Chinatown, but I searched the author and he has written many articles for Wester Mass. Indymedia. It seemed ok to do so, but please let me know if you have a problem w/it.
