[IMC-Boston-Editorial] new feature and spam question

hi,
i've just centered a new feature on the Boston fare
changes. also, I think maybe we should center this
article given the fact that it's a)an event in Boston,
b) environmentalists right now are one of the most
persecuted activist group in the US. See:

Also, Jon, could you give us a synopsis on where the
spam  control is? If we're not moving forward, I
really think we should ask IMC tech for help to
actually go into dada and help us with it. Not sure if
you guys saw the comment on the newswire about it.

Anywho, hope everyone's doing well. First thing when I
get back is do some recruiting in schools around
Boston... We need more journalists.
