[IMC-Boston-Editorial] centering articles and new feature: biolab

Just centered a feature by homefries about the biolab.


Also, I just wanted to encourage both mike and alex to
begin centering articles if they see them. When in
doubt, you can always send a quick email to the
editorial list. The main attributes of a feature are:

- local news coverage
- foreign news by a local reporter
- book or movie review by a local

We haven't been centering political analysis, but it's
something to think about if we want to expand our
readership and writers.
