[IMC-Boston-Editorial] General Meeting and New Feature

Just FYI that I made reservations at the Democracy Center for our next General Meeting for Wednesday, July 5, 6pm-9:00 pm (although we probably will go until 8:00).

LOCATION:
 Democracy Center
 45 Mt. Auburn Street, Cambridge
Harvard Square


Proposed Agenda:

- Finances: update and adding one more person to the
account for emergency situations
- Web: update on spam
- Outreach: Ideas for outreach (flyers, posters) and
Volunteer Manual 
- Summer Fundraiser
- Alliance Community Media conference

I spoke to Dana and he will be out of the state for about 10 days. 
He said he would like us to concentrate on increasing member numbers to the group. 
I most definitely agree.

I will post the meeting on the website this weekend, as we agree upon two General Meetings ago.
