[IMC-Boston-Editorial] new feature? and new razorwire

I fixed it but had to use a link to the image instead of uploading it w/the article. Looks a bit weird...
  
  You know, I just remembered that the other day I couldn't even open  Bryan's image on Photoshop. It was really strange. It wouldn't let me  change it or anything, so I finally opted for borrowing an image from a  previous article to center it.
  
  I couldn't upload the image you sent me either, even though I re-saved it as a gif image...
  
  Hope the tech folks can weigh on this one.

It don't make NO sense, well the .jpg file is the one he provided adn
teh .png is one I got from the october22.org site he presumably got it
from originally that I resized to fit.  Neither seem to work for me, I
have an email out to the Tech list, maybe someone else know the
vagueries of Dada...
