  operation over pointed me out to this AMAZING designer, Eric Dooker:

  I guess Jamie used him for one of our articles as well.  What do you guys think of contacting him to design:
  
  a) the header for our new web site
  b) a BIMC poster
  
  I'm guessing he'd be willing to do it for free.
