I think the topic merits discussion.  I also think thet the by line
makes it seem like we posted it.

I haven't read the article yet, but if you decide to post it I'd add
an editorial note (priobably after the summary but before the body)
stating where it came from and why we're centering a repost something
like:

"this artical was submitted as a repost of a world socialist website http://www.wsws.org
 article.  Though we generally do not center reposts, we belive it's
 an important issue to discuss and no original work on the topic has
 been submitted"

There's probably a better and shorter way to say that or somehting
like it...
