[IMC-Boston-Editorial] Audio upload

It's not working, no matter what I do. I got even more defiant and posted
it to the main Indymedia site, in the hope that we can pull it off of there
somehow. Now I can't find it, though. Sigh...

I moved my audio back to the Newswire to avoid confusion. Yup, that's kind
of crazy... thanks for including the links on the article itself. I think
that will have to do for now.

also, sorry you had to deal w/flipside last night. Got your message too
late. We should talk about a possible solution to this again.

peace,
sofia

Sam, Not sure about audio posting, I would defiantly post as a story and add
the audio as an attachment if you have not already done that.

On another really problematic audio note, the two audio reports about the
Oaxaca protest have been moved to the main article as comments.
At least on the 2 Macs with Firefox I checked on - all audio starts
automatically when you click on the story, this is distracting and confusing
and plus its two audio files going at the same time...is there anything we
can do about this? I had already linked to both at the bottom of the text.
Now A reader would have to scroll all the way to the bottom read the
comments and turn off each of the files to get it to stop...

I think I beat flipside last night, in that I was deleting as fast as he was
posting...i really really hate that guy.

Hello All,

I tried to upload an MP3 of my audio file on the WTO event, and it just
skips like crazy, so I deleted it again (the file on my computer plays
fine). Anybody know what's going on there? Since the Media Upload option
is not working, I had to do it as a file upload for a text story. Is there
some trick to that which I'm missing? Any help would be greatly
appreciated, as I'm anxious to share this thing.

Thanks!
