[Boston-print] Room for rent $440 a month heat included

Hey all-  sorry to post off topic but I'm looking for
a new roomate.

We've got a place in JP off of Day St that rents for
$440 a month heat included.  The room is a decent size
and the common areas are huge w Kitchen, Livinmg room,
work room, and office all shared.  We've got a back
yard and were right next to an urban wild with fruit
trees and berries.  

The place is a four bedroom.  The roomates would be
me, Jay (Rosie's boyfriend who's never home), and Sean
who spends every weekend out rock climbing. 

If you or anyone you know is interested have them
write right away because we want to fill it really
quick.
