[Boston-print] Going to the RNC?? READ THIS!

I know that several of us are headed down to the RNC
so I thought it would be wise for us to build up some
news teams and make sure those separate teams spread
out and get the best coverage we can for our Boston
Website.  I volunteer myself to help coordinate all of
this.  I want to make sure everyone has the NY
connections they need and the help from fellow media
folks they want.  

Ideally a team could do video, audio, photo,
interviewing and writing, so it could be 3 to 5 people
or more.  The benefit of traveling with others is you
get triple quadruple coverage so you can whip through
an area gathering info and footage, separating
responsibilities and then using each others
information later on during production.  

If anything I would like to build at least one team
dedicated to putting stuff up on boston IMC (as well
as copies to NYC-IMC and US-IMC.)
