Hey Folks, 

>From this discussion website all of us will be able to
navigate the articles coming in as they come in. Keep
checking back as I will be adding more stories all
day. 

Each story will be assigned ONE editor. This is not
editing by committee! But of course all are encouraged
to make suggestions, and it is also very important for
all of us to check facts. 

If there is a fact you think looks funny, you can ask
the author for the source. If you know otherwise, cite
your own source. If you are just guessing, do some
more research! 

This is not a place to be questioning or attacking
peoples politics! Save that for later. Our editors are
focusing on the editing process and need the comments
to be short and concise and to the point. 

If you are an EDITOR, cut and paste the story into
your word-processing program, edit it, and then enter
it into the comment area of the original article in
full. The author will then check your work and
comment, disapprove or approve. Any strong
disagreements or problems that arise should be
referred to me (Pete) at this email or 617-620-1989.

If you are an AUTHOR, keep watching your story and
your email account! If you will be away from your
email please call me and let me know at 617-620-1989.
When the editor posts your edited story you can either
approve it or argue for changes in the final. Any
disputes that the two of you cannot resolve should be
referred to me immediately. Also- Please send all
images to me using pstidman (at) yahoo.com and NOT the
email above (they will be too big!)

PROOFREADERS will come into the process after the
edits but if you see things as finals are posted
please make comments so they can be fixed, short, to
the point comments.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. All edits must be completed
ASAP! Make this a priority now, not later. We must
finish the editing process by Noon Tuesday July 13th.
Word counts will be important! Stick to the wordcounts
the stories have been assigned by the meeting on
Sunday (thus stories will not include word count
guidelines untill Sunday night.)

paper is really coming together, we have some great
content, great design and imagery, and a viable plan.
Thanks to all of you who have helped so far! (can't
wait for the after party!)

HERE ARE THE STORIES: More will be added all the time,
so keep checking back. When Editors are Assigned their
names will appear next to the stories. If you need an
