Hey IMC and non-IMC folks,

I don't care if you're a member of the collective
or not I need your help and this time it's EASY!! and
FUN!! I would like to write a story about the various
experiences folks are having around Boston on Election
day and a second story about Bostonian's reaction to
the naming of the new president, whoever that may be.
Here's where you all come in:

All you have to do is keep your eyes and ears open as
you go about your business and record, in writing, all
the good quotes you hear (including if possible, the
people's names who utter them) and all the election
related situations you see that might interest other
folks. This can be anything from people talking
around the water cooler about who they think's gonna
win to full fledge election fraud or voters
spontaneously combusting.

Be descriptive about where you are, the people you
talk to and other things about the situations you find
yourselves in. You can do this at work, school, or
anywhere you are. And don't be afraid if you think
you dont have writing skills or if you havent come to
a meeting in a while or ever, just try it!

I'm being purposely vague about what I'm after here
because I want to see what you all come up with.
-Basically- Events and what people are saying around
the election, and then the election results

At the end of the day Nov.2 and then also at the end
of the day after we finally know who's president
please send me all of your bits of writing and I will
attempt to collate them into one big story about how
people were reacting and dealing with the election in
Boston.

The folks who get me the best stuff will get byline
and all contributors will be mentioned...

And remember, get names if at all possible, you can
tell people you're from the boston IMC, and its for a
story, this works with almost everyone. Any
questions? Call or email me

-Pete
