[Boston-video] Video policy

Hello There,
We are a new IMC in Santa Barbara and our video collective needs to
establish our video policy. Might we take a look at what yours says? We'd
like to see what other groups have done. Do you have an active video group?
My experience is that video is difficult to download, but don't know if
attempts are being made to make it all easier to use. Am also wondering if
there is a free video compression program that can be used to reduce the
resolution of the miniDV tapes we use? I'd rather not purchase Quicktime
Pro.
