[Boston-video] SCAT Meeting Minutes, August 16

      Hey folks. Seems like there was a slight
mis-communication about meeting today. Sharpie, Marjy
and myself met at SCAT at 6pm to discuss various
recent topics, including a proposed budget and
upcoming shows.

     We would like to propose a meeting to discuss
these items as well as to continue our discussions on
the show name, content, responsibilities, etc.. Please
post to the lists if you are unable to attend this
SCAT show organizational meeting:
     Tuesday August 23rd at 6pm.

     Also, in order for us to be able to receive
training on the awesome new digital production studio,
we all need to take the prerequisite course: Thursday
August 25, 7pm-9:30. So far, Sharpie, Marjy, Sofia and
Svea are signed up for this class. There are 3 slots
left so please speak up if you want in on this course.
If more than 2 non-members want to take the course, we
can discuss how to fund the extra bodies at the
meeting on Tuesday. There is a $10 refundable deposit
to reserve a spot.
