I feel Like Indy TV is too generic, but maybe with a subtitle its ok,
although i think the subtitle would soon be the title in the general
usage...

how about:

interACTIVE TV with a subtitle

or even:

    interACTIVE
-TV with a Conscience-

also, I think we should all consider that its hard to see exactly what a
title might look like in a text-based email format, where logos can't
really be devised effectively-

for example I am partial to the iTV logo, but there are too many concerns
about copyright and other things to push it. although I feel that while it
doesn't look like much here, it could be a great logo

(i)TV is also a possibility...
