Hello Friends:
 
Great subject for tonight.  The numbers thrown out are extremely  low.  I've 
read up to over 3 million people were left homeless.  The  guests tonight 
should be able to give us actual numbers.  I'm up for  helping out if needed.  How 
and who is planning future shows?  
 
One subject that needs attention in Massachusetts and around the country is  
Expiring Mortgages of mixed income HUD apartment buildings.  Thousands of  
families have already lost affordable housing in Massachusetts alone due to the  
40 year expiring mortgages of these apartment buildings that were created in 
the  1960's and 1970's.  There are two bills pending in the Mass. State House  
that have not been able to get passed even though they've been submitted for a 
 number of years now to deal with this housing crisis.  Both bills are in  
committee for study and may die again in the next few months before the  
legislative session ends.  It would be nice for people throw out  some other subjects 
to see what we would like to cover.  See you  soon.
