Meeting Minutes—INCITE Media February 2, 2006

Members Present:
Sophia-Facilitator, Time-Keeper, Mood-Watcher
Mike-Secretary, Decision-Maker, Overlord of Planet Earth


Meeting began at 6:05pm

Consensus process was used to come to the decision to do away with
consensus process.  A quorum was not needed as the Overlord was in
attendance.

INCITE Media will now be called Shogun Matinee.  We will show only
show four-star Shogun movies. All the time.  SCAT has no say in this.

Sharpie wanted to input his ideas via phone.  This was denied.

Hahaha!  In all seriousness folks, here are the meeting notes
submitted by the Overlord:

Thursday 2/9-Sofia has confirmed Charlie Welch from TecsChange to talk
about taking computers to Venezuela; Mike has not yet confirmed a
representative from Citizens Energy to talk about the heating oil from
Venezuela.  Anyone know where to get some quick roll-in footage from
World Social Forum in Caracas?

Thursday 2/16 we plan to have interviews from an artist from Angola
(Sofia host).  A representative for Artists for Humanity is also
planned to be on the show.

Mike is contacting Citizens Energy-possibly cover deliveries of oil to
Springfield and Pittsfield (this week), and/or delivery to Worchester
(next week).  Sofia and Mike to cover the deliveries. Anyone else
interested?

Sofia is contacting Artists for Humanity, Angolan Artist.

Tim offered to do some graphic design for the show, (maybe the logo?).
 Mike will contact Tim to find out more.  Suggestions?

Show on Pakistan earthquake catastrophe will be planned for March
show.  Sabina is contact person and host.
