[chavez-tech] Fix a link for an rsync to chavez

Hi all:

I have been trying to talk with you in the irc's #chavez channel during
last two days but nobody is listening so i have decided to make my
petition here:

<txopi> we use kosmos as production server (we use MIR)
<txopi> and chavez as static content server
<txopi> our server has been turned off 12 days ago and we are trying to
 set a new production server (called newkosmos)
<txopi> the problem is that we have lost some important data from the
server including the ssh key we used to make the rsync to chavez
<txopi> so, when we achieve to make the new server working, we will need
to continue updating the static contents stored in chavez but from the
new origin (newkosmos instead of oldkosmos)
<txopi> for that, we need to know how we can do that
<txopi> i can prepare a ssh key for the link and you should send me the
params to connect to chavez (user "basque"? witch port? any other thing
i should know?)
