The machine had totally locked up, it required a reboot,
Chris W sorted this out.

Then it took till I was around to decrypt the crypted
partition so that the https key is on before apache could
be started...

I guess we would ideally have apache so that port 80
started automatically and 443 only needed manual
intervention...

If I sorted munin out OK we should get some stats here:

  https://munin.tachanka.org/indymedia.org/chavez.indymedia.org.html

Ping me or gdm in irc to get the username/passwd to access
these stats.
