Hola CMIs

Desde el principio de este año hemos estado hablando de un reunion
real global en vivo del decimo aniversario al final del año en la
lista de discusion IMC-Communication, para hablar del futuro de la red
de CMI. La reunion esta previsto para mover debate, no para tomar
decisiones algunas.


En las discusiones de la lista imc-communication y en un par de
reuniones por IRC (chat) estuvimos de acuerdo que seria bueno tener
esta reunion cara a cara en uno de los paises de America Latina
anfitrionado por un colectivo activo de un CMI local. Asi que estamos
enviando este correo para preguntar a los colectivos si estan capaces
y tienen interes en hospedar esta reunion. Actualmente 3 Colectivos
Latino Americanos han monstrados interes en hospedejar esta reunion:
Brasil, Ecuador y Bolivia.

Necesitamos decidir pronto donde hospedejar esta reunion, visto que la
reunion tendra lugar entre la ultima semana del 2009 y las dos
primeras semanas del 2010. El plazo para tener la decision es el 1ro
de junio del 2009.

Para ayudar a los colectivos que quieren hospedejar una reunion
global, preparamos la siguiente lista de requisitos de los sitios, no
tenemos el numero exacto de gente que estaran en esta reunion, pero
pensamos que acerca 100 personas, como tenemos mas o menos 223
colectivos en varias condiciones.


* Requisitos del sitio*

El colectivo que hospedeja esta reunion debe estar seguro que ell en s
puedan proporcionar lo siguiente:

El colectivo anfitrion tiene una buena duracion dentro de la red y
atenido a los principios de unidad y participa en una cierta medida en
la red global.

El colectivo debe preparar un presupuesto para los gastos previdos
incluyendo:

 *hospedaje de l en s participantes
 *un lugar para la reunion y
 *proporcionando comida en el caso que esto estara organizado
colectivamente.

No es necesario ser mencionado, que otr en s voluntari en s de otros
colectivos de CMI ayudaran a recaudar el dinero.

Para mantener transparencia, el colectivo debe guardar informes de los
gastos para el evento tanto durante la reunion como en un correo
electronico a la lista imc-communication.

Si algunos gastos imprevistos ocurren, el colectivo debe tambien
noticar a la reunion y a la lista imc-communication, asi pidiendo
apoyo en la resolucion del problema por l en s divers en s voluntari en s de
CMI.

*Transporte

El colectivo debe suministrar los detalles necesarios para las
posibilidades de transporte:

1.desde los terminales de bus/aeropuertos hasta los sitios de
hospedaje y reunion.
2.desde los hospedajes hasta el lugar de la reunion
3.desde el hospedaje y los lugares de reunion hasta mayor terminal de
bus/aeropuerto

Esta informacion deberia incluir:

-Los precios de los boletos del transporte publico local
-Cuales lineas de bus etc pueden ser utilizadas
-La posibilidad de viajar a pie
-Posibilidades de usar un taxi

*Requisitos sobre el lugar de la reunion

El lugar de la reunion deberia estar facil de acceso y su vecindad
deberia estar segura para que l en s participantes pasen de un lado a
otro individualmente, sin temor a imposicion de la ley o asaltos.

El lugar de la reunion debe por lo menos tener un espacio que pueda
hospedar 100 personas sentadas, con proteccion adecuada para el sol y
la lluvia (y frio si pertinente).

Este debe tener por lo menos 2 baños funcionables, y una cocina basica
para preparar cafe, te y cosas similares.

Deberia tener por lo menos una pieza separada donde la gente pueda
descansar durante la reunion y donde otras actividades puedan tener
lugar.

Este debe tener electricidad, incluyendo tomas de corriente con
identificacion de voltaje, y una conexion a internet rapida y segura
por cable y wireless.

* Requisitos sobre los preparativos de hospedaje

No exigimos a tod en s l en s participantes de quedarse en el mismo lugar:
los alojamientos donde la gente puede quedar tal como en las casas de
l en s voluntari en s,amig en s y gente cerca del proyecto CMI, son acceptables
tambien, igual que un sitio central alquilado o prestado por el
colectivo durante la reunion.

Ademas, el colectivo deberia hacer un pequeño resumen de los hoteles y
hoteles de bajos precios en la vecindad del sitio de la reunion para
l en s participantes quienes quieren arreglar sus propios alojamientos.
Por supuesto, esta gente deberia pagar para ell en s mism en s,y sus gastos
de hospedaje no seran parte del presupuesto de la reunion.

Los servicios de hospedaje deberian estar cerca del transporte publico.

Si los hospedajes estan organizados en un espacio central:

El lugar debe tener por lo menos espacio para 100 personas. Hay una
preferencia para este cerca de tiendas, un mercado y una farmacia. El
sitio debe tener por lo menos 2 baños funcionando, incluyendo ducha y
una cocina basica, y electricidad con tomas de corriente que
especifican el voltaje.


* Requisitos para los arreglos de la comida

Los arreglos de la comida deberian estar organizado para ser lo mas
inclusivo posible. Considerando la gente esperada, la mejor opcion es
de asegurar que haya por lo menos comida vegana, para que sea
apropriado para tod en s. Si no es posible organizar la preparacion de la
comida en el sitio de la reunion, el colectivo deberia buscar unos
restaurantes locales abordables que sirvan por lo menos comida vegana.
