[Cmi-bolivia] Right to use photos from your website

Dear Mrs, Dear Mr.,

I am working for an organisation called the International Crisis Group, which works through field-based analysis and high-level advocacy to prevent and resolve deadly conflict around the world. You can find more information on our website at: http://www.crisisgroup.org/. 

We are currently putting together our annual report and we are looking for photos for the cover, as well as for inside pages. 

My first choice right now would be to use one of your photos for the back cover (two thirds of the page). The picture is called "Provincias a la ceremonia",  and comes from the "Fotos de la ceremonia de transimisión del mando indígena en Tiwanaku", available on your website at: http://www.bolivia.indymedia.org/es/2006/01/25822.shtml. 

My question is whether it would be possible to use it and how much would it cost us? Could you please also give me pricing for other sizes, such as a third of a page and a sixth of a page to maybe use inside the report? 

As we are a non-profit and non-governmental organisation, we of course, cannot afford to spend a lot of money on this, but we would be extremely interested in using your picture which would fit really well on the cover.

As this is quite urgent, could you please let me know as soon as possible?
