As you may to check I have sent this important denounce since 27th april,
2006 (Thursday -hour : 3:25 PM) about -"RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS" found in
GOIAS region, CAVALCANTE city-Brazil conform e-mail sent that follow below.
This one sent diretly to severals official organizations worldwide
requesting some support or tecnical support / help. So, I received a contact
from CNEN - Mr. CRUZ, PAULO - e-mail : pcruz em cnen.gov.br (Official Nuclear
Energy Department from Governament of Brazil) after our denounces to abroad
Organization (please, check all contacts/eletronic address e-mailed) but
unfortunately I received only a call by phone and nothing more. The CNEN is
the organization from Brazil Governament responsable to control all
RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS WORKS here on BRAZIL (the own CNEN do herself its
inspector, IS THIS FACT/ACTION CORRECT??).
Then, as explaned on my last e-mail like you can see below, the problems
are increasing here on Brazil about this -"RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS" (of course
that without nothing of control) found in GOIAS region, CAVALCANTE
city-Brazil and in other places here on Brazil and also without soluction
for this serious problem at the moment. You can to check other
reports/statements where have been denounced again all the problems
involving "RADIOATIVE MATERIALS" but with other "TERRIBLES NEWS". Beyond the
fact of "LARGE CONTAMINATION of water" for RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS and the
"KALUNGAS COMMUNITIES" than are in direct "contact with this radioactive
material" found (as you already know , the "Kalungas Communities" are slave
descendents or indigenous black people) some terrorists are purchasing
URANIUN and TORIUN from BRAZIL on AMAPÁ region (please, check on site

question, request to support is because in CAVALCANTE CITY - GOIAS - BRAZIL,
a official Department from Governament of BRAZIL did a serious denounce
where they are advising that some RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS are being explored
without nothing of control, withdraw, this exploration is happening without
no accompaniment or to inspect (The FEDERAL POLICE is investigating if this
material is being negociated directly with the smuggler/terrorists with
support of hight Departments of Governament of Brazil - for instance -
DNPM - Mineral Department of Production of Governament of Brazil).
Obs.: If necessary, I can translate all report/news as informed (attached
and conform site specified on e-mail).
However, as explaned, I really are need some tecnical person to support me
because I have a mineral area for gold exploration with all documentation
and duties / taxes paid, conform all mineral laws, there in CAVALCANTE -

with nothing the control on exploration, I'm very much worry with the poor

Matilde Ribeiro, Brazil's minister of racial equality, resigned
Friday, February 1st, amid charges she had abused her government-issued
corporate credit card. Ribeiro told a news conference that she had
"committed a mistake" in using the card to pay for a chauffeured car,
restaurant meals, hotels and purchases in a duty free shop in 2007.
She did not reveal the cost of her purchases, but state media said
she had spent US$ 98,000 and speculated the government was about to
discipline her.
Ribeiro said she tendered her resignation to President Luiz Inácio
Lula da Silva during a meeting at the presidential palace Friday morning.
"I have a very busy agenda," she said in an effort to explain her
use of the credit card in restaurants. "I leave one meeting to go into
another, and sometimes I hold meetings during lunch."
Following her resignation the Brazilian government announced new
stiffer rules for the use of corporate credit cards from the Executive.
Apparently the incident made President Lula furious because his
administration since 2003 has been riddled by a reiteration of corruption
scandals forcing the dismissal of several ministers, top advisors and
members of Congress.
Former minister Ribeiro stirred controversy in March 2007, when she
told the BBC that anti-white racism by blacks is justified.
"It is not racism when a black person lashes out against a white
person," the BBC quoted her as saying. She later said her comments were
taken out of context.
Brazil, one of the most racially diverse nations in the world,
formed the Special Secretariat for the Promotion of Racial Equality Policies
in 2003, appointing Ribeiro, a researcher and political activist, as its
director.

OFFERING OF ORE AREA (QUILOMBOLA - KALUNGA - GOIÁS AREA) from our
Governament (Goias - Brazil) :

jazidas minerais.
A partir de hoje (17.12) qualquer interessado pode acessar, gratuitamente, a
1ª Etapa do Levantamento Aerogeofísico do Estado de Goiás. Desde 2004, o
Ministério de Minas e Energia junto com o governo estadual levantou mais de
170 mil quilômetros quadrados do Estado de Goiás avaliando e pesquisando as
áreas de maior potencial para descoberta de novas jazidas minerais.
Esses levantamentos aumentaram o volume de informações geológicas para a
avaliação do potencial mineral do território goiano, incentivando as
empresas de mineração que atuam no País a pedir requerimentos de pesquisa
junto ao DNPM e a investir na busca de novas jazidas minerais. Segundo dados
do Departamento Nacional de Produção Mineral (DNPM), em 2003, antes do
levantamento aerogeofísico, o total de requerimentos de pesquisa mineral em
Goiás foi de 628. Em 2004, esse número passou para 1.066 e no ano passado
atingiu 1.862.
Ainda segundo dados do DNPM, o montante arrecadado com a Taxa Anual por
Hectare no Estado de Goiás em 2004 foi de R$ 1,7 milhão de reais. Em 2005,
primeiro ano após a apresentação dos estudos referentes à primeira etapa,
esse valor saltou para R$ 4,8 milhões e em 2006 para R$ 6,8 milhões. Para o
ano de 2007 estima-se que este valor ultrapasse os R$ 10 milhões. Sem
considerar os investimentos em pesquisa mineral por parte das empresas
detentoras dos Requerimentos de Pesquisa, o valor total arrecadado via Taxa
Anual por Hectare entre 2005 e 2007 são substancialmente superiores aos R$
12 milhões investidos nos estudos magnetométricos e gamaespectométricos do
Estado de Goiás. Para a realização da 1ª etapa foram gastos cerca de R$ 5
milhões, sendo R$ 1,5 milhões recursos do MME e R$ 3,5 milhões do governo do
estado.
A iniciativa de disponibilizar o levantamento gratuitamente faz parte da
política de geração e disseminação de informações das instituições
responsáveis pela realização estudo, que definiram, após 3 anos de
lançamento dos dados de cada etapa, pelo acesso livre aos dados. A segunda
etapa estará disponível para o público em geral em março de 2008 e a
terceira em novembro de 2009.
Estão disponibilizadas para visualização no site da Superintendência de
Geologia e Mineração do Estado de Goiás

Olá pessoas, tudo bem?
Peço por favor que encaminhem essa discussão para seus coletivos locais
de forma a trazerem para a Rede uma resposta em breve.
Bom como vocês devem saber este ano o CMI Global completa 10 anos e uma
data como esta deve ser comemorada para isto esta rolando uma discussão
na lista imc-communication a respeito de um possível encontro mundial do
CMI, pensando em reunir o maior número de voluntários/as o local que
pensamos em fazer a reunião foi a América Latina, tanto por ser mais
fácil de se conseguir entrar nos países aqui, nas questões de vistos e
tals, além de ser mais barata a locomoção do pessoal dos CMIs Sul.
Como ninguém mais da América Latina se manifestou, Toya, Nah e eu
sugerimos fazer a reunião no Brasil, isso se a Rede CMI Brasil aprovar e
se comprometer a ajudar na organização do encontro.
A data que estão sugerindo é a última semana do ano, pelo fato de que
quase todo mundo tem folga nessa época, então seria de 26 a 31 de
Dezembro de 2009, com direito a festa de ano novo :)
* Estrutura necessária para um evento dessas dimensões
Bom as especulações do número de pessoas que podem vir para reunião
estão em torno de 150 pessoas com sorte, mas pode vir menos, a intenção
é arrumar meios de trazer pelo menos um/a delegado/a de cada CMI ativo.
A cidade que for abrigar a reunião precisa ter:
- coletivo ativo, com pessoas dispostas a organizar o evento
- um local grande para reunião, alugar uma casa ou sítio
- o local precisa ter uma boa estrutura de internet banda larga
- pelo menos 2 banheiros
- local para reunião e local para descanso
- ter equipamentos para projeção, computadores extras
- ser um local seguro.
- precisamos de abrigo para as pessoas dormirem, nesse caso vale
hospedar quantos gringos couberem nas casas dos/as amigos/as, hehe
- estrutura para alimentação barata, ou fechar com algum restaurante da
região um preço bem camarada, ou contratar um grupo que faça comida
vegetariana/vegan.
- estrutura para festa, som, comidinhas e tal.
O que vocês acham, nós temos condições de organizar esse encontro? se
assumirmos a responsabilidade no Global daremos início ao levantamento
de recursos e a divulgação para trazer o maior numero de cmis pro
encontro.
