Hi,

The central column is opened to everybody.
We have a tool which everybody can use to produce the features :

Please, produce something brief with a link to the full article you  
posted, the feature can include an image that you need to host on  
your website or to post in the newswire, as a comment of your  first  
news for example.

Once the feature is written, you can propose it on the list we use  
for this purpose :

At this point starts a process called the "44R", means that to be  
displayed in the central column, the feature needs to be approved by  
4 people from the collective  ( because of your participation, you're  
included ) OR 4 days pass without a block OR the decision is taken  
during a meeting ( r stands for "reunion" ("meeting" in french) ).
