[cmi-marseille] php5 on popelin

Hi,

i checked our custom code (magpieRSS and ChuWiki) and it should work with php5 (we
will upgrade the scripts to their recent versions), so there is no problem for us.
It is nice to hear that a captcha system will be integrated to sfa :)
