Hello,

There were the (obvious) questions why the popelin-sysad list was not
open to everyone. It seemed a good idea (thanks for the repeated idea)
to setup an open list to discuss whatever seems relevant to the popelin
server and is not sysadmin related.

This can be about financial stuff, what and whom to host .... in my
opinion. The sysadmin list can coexist for the people that technically
maintain the server.

I already requested the list, if people disagree, we don't have to use
it of course.
