I think regardless of whatever we might think of the value of this 
protest as a tactic, it might be a good idea on Friday to put the 
announcement and statement on our central columns, as a Feature.


Any initiatives any of you might take to attend the protest or not, or 
to be there to report or to photograph the event, would find me in 
agreement - I don't think we need to have a "tight" unanimus consensus 
on whether we should attend or not: I'd feel good if anyone of our 
members attends, and I would also respect anyone's discomfort with going.

Many thanks to all of you for maintaining these personal/political 
contacts with our other colleagues in the Alliance alive and functional!
