Hey Hey...

So we should be using *.devel.indypgh.org instead of *.dega.indypgh.org, 
at least for right now. I change that in httpd.conf and now everyone 
should be able to visit http://shadoweyes.devel.indypgh.org/

*.dega.indypgh.org will probably be working sometime soonish (matt?)
