I did the locate se_SE and it returned nothing. So I poked around and found
that there are some relevant files in /usr/share/locale
I think they are relevant. Then I tried to find anything that was utf8 and
came up pretty much empty.
A locate *utf8 turned up only stuff that was in the trees of installed sites
for instance:
/home/dadaIMC/twincities/locale/ca_ES.utf8
does this suggest that we have not installed the requisite utf8 files on the
server? Is there a port we should add?
