[Dega-sysadmin] arkansas imc trouble

the images disappearing during feature promotion is a known problem I believe.  
I thought it had been fixed on dega but I guess it has not.  Very sorry about 
that.	
The new release has a fix for it and spud says a few days now until that is 
ready.  If you don't mind, I would like to hold off on patching it until the 
new release comes out so I can finish getting richmond and twincities 
migrated ...
