[Deganawida-sysadmin] radicalendar problem has been worked around

Hey all.

So, thanks to a fix which elaine implemented for santacruz IMC and I
shamelessly copied to the arkansas and canarias sites, all of the IMCs on
dega are functioning properly again despite the technical problems at
radicalendar. If someone notices that radicalendar is working fully again,
please let me know and I will try to re-enable support for it for these
sites.
