[Deganawida-sysadmin] radicalendar functionality working again

Ok,

Apparently our dns server is slow to update, and that is what was holding
back radicalendar. I've worked around this, and re-enabled the calendar
modules on canarias and arkansas. Would have done the same for santacruz,
but I don't have an admin password and didn't want to screw with the raw
database...
