[Dega-sysadmin] hard coded media links will be fixed

hi elaine,

there is nothing wrong with linking directly to the mp3,
we're just asking that
http://santacruz.indymedia.org/usermedia/audio/13/Michael_Moore_10-19-03.mp3
be changed to:
http://images.indymedia.org/imc/santacruz/audio/13/Michael_Moore_10-19-03.mp3

i don't mean to be stingy about this stuff, its just best in
the long run if we make use of the images.indymedia.org server :)
