[Deganawida-sysadmin] scimc media table gone

hello,

  I stupidly blew away the media table contents
(structure intact) in the new db. is there a backup of
this table on staughton?

  if not, (I tried getting a backup of the table from
zero...but got the msg: no FILE perms) can someone get
me a copy of the table from zero and restore it? 

   I'd also appreciate it if someone would tell me the
commands used to do this from zero.
