paranode (aka images.indymedia.org) has been in flux this weekend,
first it went down to add a hard disk, and this weekend it was
still running out of space (I'm not sure if we've moved stuff to
the new drive yet). now, the ftp server isn't even accepting
connections anymore, so not even those with passwords can manipulate
that file. the reason it is zero bytes is probably due to a lack
of space on that disk.
if you need to be able to manipulate files on the server
via ftp, the best way to do that is to get troy to create
an ftp login for santacruz (which is preferred over the
old "imc" account). if you like i'll be happy to ask troy
since i have other things to ask him anyway.
but for the time being, even with a password we're having
difficulties, so don't feel bad. :)
i'll send more info when i know more.
