[Deskaheh-sysadmin] squid!

Hey y'all

I took some time to enable squid on dega and deskaheh tonight. This should
drastically reduce load, and help to keep the machine from becoming
inaccessible when spiders and the like start hitting us, as well as
relieve mysql load which seems to be a particular problem on dega these
days.
