[Deskaheh-sysadmin] log rotation assigning wrong permissions

Hello,

Did your fix take care of the problem for all deskaheh IMCs? This was 
happening with the Big Muddy IMC site too, but I just modified the log 
permissions each time the problem arose and kept forgetting to bring 
the issue to this list.

P.S. Thanks for all of the support. I don't stay very involved with 
the tech stuff going on with deskaheh or the IMC network generally, 
but everyone at Big Muddy IMC is very grateful for the support you've 
given us.
