[Deskaheh-sysadmin] warez using bandwidth, apache off

Hey all,

I've turned off apache because johnc informed #tech that deskaheh
bandwidth was being choked by warez or some other popular file and I'm
tired (1:36 am here) and can't find out exactly which file(s) it is due
to brain fuziness.

I've done chmod 600 to the following file, cause i thought it might be it,
but it is very small.
/www/dadaIMC/hamilton/usermedia/video/4/inverted_colours_2nd_plane.mov

Can someone look at this, soon please?

Also, I think it might be a good idea for johnc/other buffalo techs to
have a sudo account so they can look after this stuff when they notice it.
